Go Commanders!
On November 27, 2022 we had the honor of singing the National Anthem for the Commanders for their home game. It was an amazing experience for all of the Arlingtones!! Click here to listen to our performance. The recording is as best as we could record it with all of the wonderful cheering and fireworks displays! Hopefully you can hear and see how excited we were!
Get to Know Us and Barbershop Harmony
In barbershop, the melody is usually sung in the second-highest voice part, which we call the “lead.” A high tenor (often a falsetto voice) sings simple harmonies above that melody. The lowest voice, the bass, sings the simpler low harmonies, and a baritone fills in the tricky stuff above and below the melody. In October we had our Fall Show. Our video shows Country Roads sung in the Barbershop Style.
